Ice Fishing Blondes

A group of blondes are ice fishing, and having no luck.

They see a group of brunettes a few yards away who are also ice fishing, and they're pulling up fish after fish.

The blondes decide to send a spy over to see how the brunettes are getting all the fish. The blond goes over and watches them for a minute or two, then comes back and says, 
"We have to cut a hole in the ice!!!"
